A Doctor's consultation is required prior to any vaccinations being administered. At this consultation, advise for any concerns relating to your travel health can be dealt with.

As some vaccinations are given over a period of time, it is important that you organised your initial contact with the Doctor as a early as possible.

As some live vaccines like yellow fever vaccine has to be administered together with other live vaccines or 3 to 4 weeks apart from other live vaccines it is advisable to consult with ITVC travel doctor prior to have other vaccines.

Consultation charges with ITVC doctor can be claimed from Medicare. Some private health funds cover part of the Vaccination charges depending on your private health cover.
